If you have read even a some of my reviews or have compared mandibular advancement appliances (MADs) on your own, then you now know that a vast majority have a 30-day money back guarantee. Thi gives you the possibility to examine a product to get certain it operates for you.
There are even any, such as ZQuiet, that permits you to try the device for 30 days before they charge your credit card. So, you may be automatically assuming SnoreFreeNow to arrive with some similar guarantee, but sadly, it does not.
Return Policy Details
You can return the article as long as it is closed in its package. How is that for being helpful? You accept to shell out money for one of these snoring mouthpieces and believe that it works. Otherwise, you solely bought a new addition to the junk drawer.
SnoreFreeNow’s website states that opened products cannot return because of hygienic reasons. How is it that other manufacturers admit no difficulty accepting returns then? It also says that most unsatisfied customers have not followed instructions or molded the design correctly. How is that for pointing the blame at the consumer? So, if the product does not work, it is your fault. You did something wrong.
Interestingly, Snore Free Now did not work for my wife or me (read my review to learn why), and we have formed many mouthpieces in the past. The site explicitly says that the “solely” time the device does not work is if it is fitted inaccurately.
It also states that faulty products can be returned, but I would loathe having to see what hoops you would have to jump in to get an RMA number to ship it back. In a shop that is so competitive, it is quite shocking to see a company be so offensive to the consumer.
